Plants are carefully packed in protective boxes to keep them safe during transit. Soil is wrapped securely and foliage is supported to minimise movement and reduce the risk of damage while shipping.

We currently ship within Victoria only. At checkout, simply enter your address to confirm whether delivery is available to your location.

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Delivery time will then depend on your location within Victoria and our courier service, but most orders arrive within a few days after dispatch.

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within three business days of receiving your order. Include photos of the plant and packaging so we can assess the issue. Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit.
